4.1 He/She is physically and legally qualified to operate the abovedescribed vehicle.

4.2 Return The Company`s Vehicle as it was received.
4.8 A minimum of two days rental agreement per vehicle.
5. RENTAL PERIOD:
The Owner agrees to rent the above-described vehicle to the Renter for the following period:

4.3 If anything has been damaged, missing or made unoperational due to The Renter`s negligence or
stolen due to theft, The Renter will be found Responsible for the repairs in full for items and
instillation cost.

4.4 If the vehicle has been found to be damaged beyond repair by The Company`s Standard, The
Renter is required to pay in full the appraised cost of the vehicle prior to current rental within thrity
(30) days ( incumbant of the weekend).

4.7 If the rental of the vehicle exceeds thirty (30) days, then The Renter must make the vehicle
availible for inspection and servicing on the day thirty (30) of the rental contract.

4.5 The vehicle should not exceed fifty (50) miles per hour or the listed speed limit whiles in the car
of the rente. Penalties such as the Surrender of the security deposit ($100.00) will be issued to The
Renter.

4.6 If a driver that has not been approved by The Company is found opperating the vehicle , the
security deposit and the vehicle will be surrendered back to the company no matter the amount of
time that is remaining on the rental agreement.

4.7 If the rental of the vehicle exceeds thirty (30) days, then The Renter must make the vehicle
availible for inspection and servicing on the day thirty (30) of the rental contract.

4.8 A minimum of two days rental agreement per vehicle.

7. EXCLUSIONS:
7.1 The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire.
7.2 The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior or cab of the vehicle.
7.4 The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition.
7.5 The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
7.6 The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
7.3 The rented vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the
written permission of the Owner.
7.7 The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the Renter stipulated in 1.2 above without the
written permission of the Owner. If Renter allows any other driver that is not autherized by The Company to drive the
rented vehicle, the Renter will be fully responsible for all expenses relating to the rental car and any other
Vehicle/Item/Person involve in any type of accident.
